[feature request] Ability to use the app from the lock screen

• I carefully read the contribution guidelines and agree to them.
• I checked if the issue/feature exists in the latest version.
  It would be nice to be able to use the full application from the lockscreen, to allow guests to search and add content to the playlist without supplying unlocking one's phone. This could come with some additional restrictions, like restricting subscription features and playlist access.

Actually, a "party mode" (or multiple user-defined profiles) could be a way to solve this (not every idea is a good one, but here are some):

• Keeps a set of settings separate from the main one, including search and view history, playlists, etc.
• Seed the playlist with existing playlists before starting (and a button to shuffle them)
• Only allow access to the background player
• The application stays on top of the lockscreen, defaulting to the playlist view (with a search button on the top)
• Auto play next item should be enabled by default
• Restrict access to subscription, playlists, etc. When the device is locked.
• Not sure if possible, but it would be nice if next item suggestions were based only on that session's history.

Further-fetched ideas:

• I sometimes like to add some of the songs that were submitted by guests to a playlist, but browsing the history can be quite hard. A feature to rate a songs when they are playing would be nice.
• I usually use Kodi for this, but it can be quite difficult to setup, and I don't always have this at hand. Allowing people to add items and manage the playlist from their phone would be nice as well (hotspot/bluetooth/AP, with an app or web interface -- sharing credentials via NFC or Qr code)
• I wonder whether a snapcast-powered network of phones would make a good makeshift speaker 😛

i'd love this too: i wanna be able to hand my phone to my baby daughter with only NewPipe playing stuff, without her being able to mess too much with it, or the rest of my phone

(this would work even better if we could make playlist from downloads #3188, but let's not get too ambiguous)
