What is/are your question(s)?

Can someone make a custom downloadable apk which can play up to 4x? Maybe a nightly build.

I tried activating external video or audio player in Newpipe's settings and added VLC, MV player, etc but it's not good. VLC audio stutter, MV player video has no sound and takes long time to buffer, but importantly they dont play with screen off or they use probably more battery than Newpipe's own inbuilt player.
