📌 FIX Issue

FCM 토큰 업데이트 API, 새로 온 push 클릭했을 때의 http method를 변경합니다.
기존엔 요소의 특정 부분만 바꾼다고 생각하여 POST를 택했는데, POST는 무족권 자원 "생성"이 된다는 REST의 의미를 따라서 PUT으로 변경합시다.
