需要加入一个 tool，在 tool 内通过使用第二个 agent 实现 WebGPT 论文中的全部功能，最终把结果返回给主 agent，使模型可以浏览网页。

I closed that PR but recently created a project ChromeGPT that uses AutoGPT to control a Chrome session, feel free to check it out
