The probability of an intra-conditional assignment in the following cases is deliberate

if (xxx=xxx)!=x
if (xxx=xxx)==x
//
if (xxx=xxx)!=x && ...
if (xxx=xxx)==x && ...
if (xxx=xxx)!=x || ...
if (xxx=xxx)==x || ...
//
if !(xxx=xxx)

e.g.

while (_t=FREAD(_descript))!=-1
//
if (_t=LogicError(_a))!=''

Perhaps this match is a little too difficult...
