Improve acquia hooks scripts

The output of a deploy in Acquia is very poor, with no colors and clearness of what command is running and if it is from our hook script or the scripts that Acquia calls before calling our hook.

Here are somethings we can improve in our script to make things more clear:

• Highlight what hook is running and in what environment
• Make it easier to tell apart what command is being ran (updb, config-import, cr)
• Make more visible when commands start and finish, adding also the time for those
