USAGE:
In some distros You must run the program with root access:
sudo php SKIP.php [switch]

SWITCHES:

-h  --help          Print this help and exit.
-a  --autoload-ec   Load ec from "/usr/include/linuxinput-event-codes.h".
-v  --version       Print program version and exit.
