Elements referenced in constraints have shorter validity than constraints

Except for the second and the constraint in line 9, each constraint references elements which have a shorter temporal validity than the constraint itself.
Check for timestamps of temporal validity!
For the constraints, you can specify this timestamp like:
yyyy/MM/dd'T'hh:mm:ss
