Revival fails sometimes

In one round I tried to revive an unidentified corpse of a Traitor.
He respawned as a Traitor instead of a Zombie.
There was also this error in the server console:

was this a player corpse? or a fake body or so? Or was the player disconnected?

This was a normal player corpse and he was still connected. He was also a bit surprised why he didn't spawn as a Zombie.

Yep, worked all the time except one round.
