TTT2 v0.14.0

The new force role menu in the F1 menu should also set the default credits (maybe with a toggleable button). It is also done this way in ulx: https://github.com/TTT-2/ttt2-ulx/blob/4df9876c0bc8b295bc917fef765c27fa9c5ba527/lua/ulx/modules/sh/ttt_admin.lua#L320
