Both server and client expect a file 'config.json' in their working directory.
Its entries are:

baseurl: [server], string, required
apipath: [server], string optional default "api/v3/"
	The server looks at `baseurl``apipath`, both have to end with a slash.
	The split does not matter in principle, but makes this backwards compatible
	with older Carnifex binaries.

simulate: [server], bool, default false
	If true, the server will simulate the the contest events relative to server
	startup time (Otherwise events will be relayed in real time).

simulationSpeed: [server], double, default 0
	If simulating, speed up contest by simulationSpeed.

poll_ms: [server], int, required
	Poll the "interesting" bits (submissions, judgings) each `poll_ms`
	milliseconds (more precisely: sleep between requests).

check_s: [server], int, required
	Poll the nearly stable bits (teams, problems, etc.) each `check_s` seconds.

cid: [server], string, required if more than one contest active
	If only one contest is active on the judge, its cid is chosen at the first
	connection. If there is more than one, dont forget that cid is a _string_.

matchAffiliations: [server], regex string, optional
	If given, only teams for which the long affiliation string matches the
	pattern are tracked.

matchCategories: [server], regex string, optional
	If given, only teams for which the category id (numeric) matches the
	pattern are tracked.

name: [client], string, default actual contest name (from judge)
	The name of the contest to show on the scoreboard. It should fit in the
	upper left corner with some margin to the centered FROZEN/FINISHED display.
	It will be displayed in large letters in the upper right quadrant before
	the contest.

insecure [server], bool, default false
	If the judge connection is made over https, do not check certificates. THIS
	IS A BAD IDEA. Make your own CA certificate and install it on all systems!

dumpData: [server], bool, default false
	Put all data that is fetched into `pwd`/api/. Files are overwritten by
	default and created with permissions 0666. Use for debugging only!

servername: [client], string, default "localhost"
	the server to connect to

serverport: [server,client], int, default 8080
	the port to connect to / listen on

minrows, mincols: [client], double, required
	At all the times the scoreboard shows at least `minrows` teams per page and
	each row is at least `mincols` times wider than tall. One of these
	inequalities is always fulfilled exactly.

pageInterval: [client], double, default 10
	The amount of time in seconds to wait between scrolling pages.

jury: [client], bool, default false
	Display a jury scoreboard (no freeze).
