Add !updaterepo for Android

As the title suggests please make it be able to update the repo on Android
Suggestions on how it would work:
Well it just does the steps in Linux but with npm install --no-bin-links --force instead of just npm install for non rooted phones.
Yes! It works perfectly fine on Android. I am a user of it. It has no problems. It does detect it on steam if you do the command. So maybe make it actually update.
It might be hard to make it android compatible. But if possible it will be a life saver.
