Beginners are frequently confused by the fact that Visual Studio Code is not Visual Studio. Rarely an hour passes that some beginner isn't in dire need of help setting up vscode for C++ on Windows. We should add an article that explains the difference, links to the relevant tutorials, and probably recommends VS for starting out on Windows.
