4.0.0 BETA ("Fan control" release)

It's a huge update, expect some bugs!

• alienfan-tools project integrated for fan and power control. 2 new tools available!
• alienfx-gui - Fan control integrated, see "Fan" tab (you need to enable it into "Settings" first!).
• alienfx-gui - Bug fixed - Saved mappings load incorrectly if "," used as a key name (for per-key RGB keyboards).
• alienfx-gui - New saved mappings for Alienware m15R4 with RGB keyboard added into mappings database.
• install - Fixed broken icons in start menu.

Known issues:

• For using fan control functions, read readme.md first! It requires some changes into system configuration!
• Fan control profile are system-wide now, so it is not included into light profiles yet. (Work in progress).
