Important! If you are using tools for the first time, please read Beginner's guide and AlienFX-GUI readme to configure out it's concept and operation principle.

Important! If you are migrating from version 5.x.x.x, download release 7.0.4.1 first, unpack it and run alienfx-conv to convert registry configuration. In case you don't do so, you lost your color and effect settings (forever), as well as haptics and ambient settings (until converted).

Changes into this release:

All light-control apps:

• Hardware effects supported for APIv6 (external monitors) (Beta, can be a bit buggy).
• Bug fixed: Incorrect APIv6 device initialization.

AlienFX-GUI:

• Autodetection dialog will not appear automatically then switched to "Devices" tab. Press button to autodetect. It can be annoying in some cases.
• Bug fixed: false device detection into Autodetection dialog in some cases.
• Bug fixed: Exception at Devices tab if no active device detected.
• Bug fixed: Exception at Devices tab if no lights defined, but "light names on grid" are on.
• Bug fixed: Incorrect light state after lights off for APIv0, APIv6, APIv7.
• A ton of small bugs fixed.

Known issues:

• APIv6 Monitor can turn himself off after GUI app restart. Working on it.
• SSD sensors can disappear randomly at some systems. Use Powershell command Get-WMIObject -Namespace "root\microsoft\windows\storage" -class MSFT_PhysicalDisk and restart app to return it back. Looking for workaround.
