To release the premium according to the pattern.
No storing of RawVariable is required as P is recognized at start.

• create IfrsVariable , may need new Scopes to calculate this...
• Premium pattern is discounted.
• need a separate AnnualCohort for a new "generation" of Premiums in PAA LRC.
  Note DN Parameter is a general pattern, provided from Annual Cohort. but for Pr may need a different pattern, which should end-up in the CFs.

Notes:

• changing the pattern in CFs in following years, would use the "previous" years Amort factor pattern. which would impact all existing Prs from previous years. Decide what to do ?
• is creating a different GIC for this justified?
• assume putting pattern for Premium into the CF. but putting it into the DN param, would use the given pattern from there.
  -Maybe we can offer a param of the DAC to be in the CFs'.
