prepared data has imaging modality not set in many places, leading to lots of warnings

now fixed in the headers of the prepared data.

However, saving/reading reconstructed images will still generate warnings on "unknown imaging modality" due to SyneRBI/SIRF#1247. This is annoying, but harmless.
