Distinguish selected codes and example codes

If you select a codelist then we treat it slightly than if you'd instead selected specific codes.

The dimension (not dimension-values) are used for matching and it's ignored on the PMD links. We nevertheless extract some example codes in the results table to hint at what the data contains.

It might make sense to distinguish codes that we matched based on code-selections from codes that are presented as examples. Indeed it might make sense to show the codelist itself in the cells as the thing that was matched.
