We've got encoding problems:

I don't know where this is creeping in - we may need to fix the pipeline and reload the indexes (indeed ONS may need to reload the RDF).

Looks like this is in the source data. I've contacted ONS about it on their slack.

I'm moving this from "To do" to the "Backlog" as we're pruning unused branches now so the badly encoded labels aren't displayed.
