The feature is not working in edge browser.

Nothing much, try it out on Edge browser.

I will boot up a windows vm and see if I can sort it out. Edge is chromium under the covers so it should work fine. Do you mind sharing your implementation? A code sandbox that reproduces it would be helpful. You can use my template here:
