A cost can be assigned to an artist

I have a cost that isn't for a single product but is for an artist who has products.
Therefore I need to assign a cost to the artist so that it is taken off any royalties due

For TrackShift this creates a new higher layer to the Balance and Outgoing royalties.

An Artist is a Class that sits above and is associated to Products.

One of these Parties is an artist

So an Artist is a Party
