Interactive Video is not getting published for consumption

Hello All,

I am trying to publish an Interactive Content
on docksunbirded -> devsunbirded where I am not able to publish not just Interactive Video but any content
and getting Error : Content not available on Diksha
and for dockstaging -> staging getting an issue for Interactive Video
and getting Error : Content not available on Diksha
other content is getting published
There seems to be an issue with import API
What Can be done so that Interactive Video can also be published?
