To start the setup without any sample data user can do the selection from this section.
Multi-selection is available for this section
Next settings steps will be populated based on the selectionsin this section
User will be redirected to Create schema step after clicking on the start button.
Create schema page will be empty, New entity creation button will be displayed
By default, none of the checkboxes will be selected

Attestation & claim
Create Schema -> Configure Workflow -> VC template(attestation workflow) -> Test & Publish

Issuance:
Create schema -> VC template (Overall Schema template) -> Test & Publish

Ownership & Roles
On selection 'Ownership & roles' step will be included in the setup

If none of the options have been selected
Create schema -> Test & Publish
