[VC template] QR code only #26

User should be able add/generate QR code template only without the presentation layer
Acceptance criteria:

User should be able to save QR code template with a 'name'. Default name would be 'Untitled Certificate name'. They should be able to edit on click of 'Edit' and then 'save' or 'cancel'
User should be able to edit properties or fields that would be included in QR code.
The QR code template saved should appear as thumbnail in the list of VC template saved.
