Need Assistance Configuring "Browse Other Categories" in Home Tab

I'm currently encountering an issue with configuring the "Browse Other Categories" feature in the Home Tab of Sunbird SaaS release 5.0.

In staging, when I switch the role to 'teachers' I can see the "Browse Other Categories" option. However, I'm uncertain about how to properly configure this feature in our Sunbird SaaS instance.
