Export error : "A recurrence rule MUST contain a FREQ rule part"

I think I understand the gist of this error, but how do I go about locating the offending calendar entry?

Disabled export Microsoft extensions, same error.

Enabled Developer Mode & Debug Logging. No change, and couldn't locate log files.

BTW, Settings + Export + Permissive Export is checked (default).

I changed each calendar entry to repeat for 100 years, still the error occurs.

I also have the same error. I'm also not able to see log nor any partially ics file.
