Improve Sudoku Board dynamic resizing

Acceptance Criteria

• All components for the Sudoku board must be appropriately sized regardless of what platform is being used.

Description

Things to consider:

• Consider having the Sudoku board component be 100% of the screen width on screens where the width smaller than the height.
• Consider increasing the size of the number pad by having 3 numbers on each row instead of 9.
• Consider moving the Hint navigation icons below the board instead of next to the board
