This ticket was created just to mark a pull request

The set-up guide of README.md is outdated and inaccurate. I have written a completely new guide (as well as some change of files to get it done) to help people who want to help after I left TSRI.

I think this issue can be closed, considering AnoXDD's last PR was merged over a year ago: #223
