etoolbox and scrextend is unecessary.

  • From etoolbox only the \preto-command is used
  • From scrextend, the only used thing is the addmargin environment.

Had to install cfr-lm nfssext-cfr svn-prov to use the package. Don't know where they are used. Time for a thorough review of the loaded packages?

Review the packages if you want, but cfr-lm comes from #11. Better to do it now in early stages than later.
