This PR implements new versions of the
Delivery,Source, andTrackclasses, which now extend theReadyResourceandready-resource-mapmodules.These modules offer the same functionality as nanoresource and nanoresource-pool, but are written in a more modern JS flavor and support the same Promises and async engines supported by our lambda functions.
