The typescript documentation engine I use allows something that is essentially an article. I believe that your (excellent) explanation of where the code comes from, logically ought to be part of the documentation.

There would be some reformatting involved and I would do it.

This would be good for your SEO, because the result would be the repo, the gh pages repo representation, and NPM would now all point repeatedly at your blog.

I will be clear that the work is yours, not mine.

Please advise, @Krumpet, whether you find this acceptable.

That sounds great. Do note that along with the reformatting, some segments are no longer relevant as they were related to a TS issue that was open at the time and has since been resolved - I haven't tested but the code could be made simpler.
