For instance alert if $BTC is -7% in one candle

We need a websocket for all crypto prices, this is doable.
At what % do we send an alert? +5%?

Would this really be useful? We could open a Binance websocket for all tickers, but it seems like this is not a great approach to find activate tickers. Beside, the point of the project is to be more focussed on social media / sentiment.
