Players that lose connection are not able to rejoin

I have again lost connection using StarryPy3k due to my internet dropping, and I am not able to join under that character's name.

I have the issue to. At times a user is DC'ed and can't rejoin. Error along the lines of "User already logged in"

I force command to kick the player from the listing will be helpful.
