Undefined fields show as removed when using compare

This:

jsonpatch.compare({a: undefined}, {a: undefined});

and this:

var obj = {a: undefined};
jsonpatch.compare(obj, obj);

both return [{op: 'remove', path: '/a'}], but I would expect [].
