Garnet has a webhook https://github.com/StanfordAHA/garnet/settings/hooks/131214873 that is sending payloads to an unkown location https://webhook.buildkite.com/deliver/3131fa02f258c06025d0d7c5da658e9d6ed9e67d555c83fcf8

Places it might go?

dependabot?
codecov?
heroku (don't think so; heroku was set up to use webhook "https://shielded-temple-72016.herokuapp.com" maybe
travis?

The only way I can think of to figure out the destination of this webhook is to turn it OFF and see if anything changes. So I have marked it inactive (unchecked "Active") at the bottom of the page here: https://github.com/StanfordAHA/garnet/settings/hooks/131214873

...and will come back after awhile to see if anything has obviously changed or broken...
