Metrics doc: "st2.rule.<rule ref>.processed" doesn't seem to be implemented #854

Using the metrics feature with statsd driver doesn't seem to generate the "st2.rule.<rule ref>.processed" metrics.

st2.action.executions. counter st2actionrunner Number of executions in a particular state (succeeded, failed, timeout, delayed, etc).

@alexandrejuma looks like it would be better to open an issue against the st2 repo for this? Since it's more that this is not working as designed, not that it's documented incorrectly?

@LindsayHill, after some short troubleshooting in slack with, it looked like this is something that isn't supposed to be implemented but was docummented somehow.

@alexandrejuma I'm cleaning up some old issues here. That Slack conversation link doesn't work anymore. Can you confirm which entry needs to be removed here - is it the st2.rule.<rule ref>.processed line, or st2.action.executions. ?
