EL8 install fails with issues reported in regard to Erlang 25

Steps to reproduce the problem

Perform an installation of StackStorm on EL8 variants, from 18th May 2022 onwards.

Expected Results

Install to succeed.

Actual Results

RabbitMQ did not start, reports error:

please re-compile this module with an Erlang/OTP 25 compiler

We have seen installations failing on EL8 since Erlang 25 was added to the RabbitMQ-Erlang repository.
RabbitMQ 3.10 only has preview support for Erlang 25, but the installers default to installing the latest version. If erlang 24.* is used then the installation succeeds.

The bash installers are still to be updated, but a workaround is to install erlang 24.* from the RabbitMQ-Erlang repository.
