Classic version 1.1.1

It is possible to get into a state whereby sneaking is "on" to some extent so flying doesn't work (you fall down immediately). The sneaking icon was not visible so it wasn't clear why this was happening. Haven't managed to replicate yet. One might argue that turning flying on should immediately revoke any sneak overrides.
