issue with Analysing a bridge road on a highway in Depthmap

Hi

How is it possible to analyze a road map when a highway and a street are on
top of each other? What I'm trying to say is about the crossroads of two
streets, but one is on top of another like bridge roads in highways.
They are like intersections in a 2d map from the top view, but in the 3d
view, one is on top of another.

The "Depthmap" is a 2d platform. So, how is such an example possible to be
analyzed?
