Thank for taking the time to fill this feature request fully. Without it we may not be able to , and the issue may be closed without resolution.

:person_frowning: Problem Statement

I would really rather not have to publish our orbs manually all the time!

❔ Possible Solution

As an orb developer
When I add new code to a branch
I want @dev builds published
So that I can see and use my published artefact

⤴️ Describe alternatives you've considered

Doing it manually (which is what we're doing right now)

This is part of #hacktoberfest

I would like to contribute to this issue. Will need some guidance to solve this issue. Maybe writing a circleci script would solve the issue ?
