Rover Team's Drone Repository

Welcome to the central hub for all the software tools designed to manage and control our drones.

Introduction

Collection of Python scripts and tools that provide functionality for drone control, video capturing, object tracking, and more.

  • Data logging
    • Please note that these are not yet implemented and are goals we want to achieve!

Prerequisites

Hardware

  • ESP-32 Microcontoller
  • Some sort of single board computer like (Raspberry PI) or (LibreBoard Le Potato)
  • Electronic Speed Controllers
  • Motors
  • Propellers
  • Batteries (Preferablly LiIon, due to safety)
  • Frame - 3D printed or purchased
  • RC Controller and Reciever for Manual Operation

Installation

  1. Clone the Repository

    git clone https://github.com/rover-team/drone-repository.git
    
  2. Navigate to the Directory

    cd drone-repository
    
  3. Install Rust Ecosystem

    https://rustup.rs/

Fork the repository and submit a pull request. For major changes, open an issue first.
