FAILS TO START or is AUTOMATICALLY SHUT DOWN soon after startup

A guess as to the cause of the problem :
It feels like a bug in win11. After restarting and updating automatically a few days ago, there is such a problem. I guess the problem is caused by windows defender or something alike, but my defender is obviously closed.
Try to fix:
Running in administrator mode, doesn't change the situation;
Deleted the old version (2.5.x) and installed the latest version (2.7.3), and it didn't work;
Deleted the official website installation version and downloaded the version in the win store, and it didn't work;
It seems that restarting has some effect, but I forgot what happened later and it didn't work.
The scenario that I find the problem:
At first, it was discovered after when I pressed F1 in Adobe Acrobat DC and his help interface popped up; originally such a key conflict is normal, because I can click the mouse to the bottom bar blank and press F1 to respond to snipaste, but since then snipaste will be opened No, or it will be automatically closed when opened.
