I think this is the rise of the spam bots on Github (#7, #12, #13, #17, #18, #19, #23, #24)

@NeffSeedless86, @Kominminsoe88, @Koshvild08, @drewm495, @btc818 all are spam bots, don't know what they are trying to do on the platform
