command: php artisan db:seed --class Smarch\Watchtower\Seeds\WatchtowerTableSeeder not work on new Laravel 5.3

Error:

[ReflectionException]
Class SmarchWatchtowersrcSeedsWatchtowerTableSeeder does not exist
