i think if there is some functions like batch file will be great

like
rsack -t tracklist.txt

and is it possible to make some progress bar like BugsPy as before?

No support, progress bars unnecessary clutter in output.
You can already pass multiple url arguments into rsack but perhaps I will add the functionality to parse .txt.

I did in no way indicate that there is individual track support.
