Make this usable on mobile devices

"One odd behavior on both Chrome and Firefox on my phone is that if I scroll down all the way on the map to the point where the map is taking up the entire screen, I am unable to scroll back up to the controls - I am kind of locked out of being able to run anything. If I leave just a sliver of space above the map when I use it, then I can use that sliver to get back to the top."
