please clarify documentations for GSSAPI's cascading credential feature #3

Hi.

I just saw that there is a github repo with the issue tracker enabled so I'll add here what I've already sent via email, so that it can be tracked easier:

  1. Please have a look at the two patches I've added here:
    https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=765655

  2. And if possibly, please clarify, which of the options added by gssapi.patch, actually require GSSAPI key exchange?

Hi Christoph,

We’re in the process of moving gss-openssh development to a new team account on github which will allow others with (hopefully) more time to work on it too. If you could report this bug there - https://github.com/gss-openssh, it will make sure that it doesn’t get lost.

Oh and may I add:
In the documentation of GSSAPIStoreCredentialsOnRekey,
"This option can be used to accept​ed renewed" should probably read "This option can be used to accept renewed"
