Maths project about Bayesian methods and Hierarchical models

The second one is in collaboration with Tristan De Certaines, Ulrick Blé, Alexandre Tissot. It deals with cervix - control study with errors in covariates. For more information about the project, you can go to https://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/wp-content/uploads/WinBUGS_Vol2.pdf page 19.
You will find two R scripts, one for the rats project, the other one for the cervix project. Feel free to run them and see what happens !
