Description:
When you have the T31 2pc the extra casts of Shadow Word: Death are not triggering Psychic Link, only the original cast.

Reproducible:
yes

Howto:

Equip the T31 2 set and make sure you have Psychic Link
Put up Vampiric Touch on a few enemies
Press Shadow Word: Death and notice you only get one hit of Psychic Link damage.
