[improvement] Showing quest ID #6

Would it be possible to also show IDs for quests? (For example, when hovering over the quest list in the WorldMapFrame (not in the Tracker).)

Currently this is the only reason I have to run both MoreTooltipInfo and idTip. I could get rid of the latter one, if you added this.
